I recently received a motorola DCH-3416 from my cable company. The box works well except for when you try to use the remote control. After only a few button pushes the box freezes-up and you have to use the controls on the box to get the box to work again. Is there a setting to correct this? This is the 2nd box I have tried and both had the same issue.
