A:I think it is because they are too much a like. I know my daughter hates to be compared to Mom. They are wanting to be independent and they need to make their own mistakes and not be told "I told you so"
We Mom's are human and we do make mistakes too. We do our best to guide them and help them perpare for the real world as scarey at it gets.
