My daughter never married she has a 16 month old son and the dna has been done this guy is the father 99.999% but the court ordered a no contact on the father, because hes on drugs all the time and is in jail now and so is his brother , the police is at there house all the time for something ,thay have a bad record there has been a drive by shooting there and the grandmothers boyfriend got shot over drugs ,but the court gave his mother everyother weekend with the child and my daughter don't want him to be with them and he screams when he has to go what can be done the father said he don't want to be with the child and wants to sign over his rights, my daughter don't want anything from these people but was told by dcs worker that theres nothing can be done and she has to get married and let her husband adopt this child thats crazy she had this child without there support and he was 7 months old before the grandmother even wanted to see him
