Do you mean Morton's Neuroma? If yes there is a problem with a growth between your toes. An operation usually gives temporary relief. It would be best to wear shoes with soft insoles and wide toe area. You would probably be better off ordering specially made shoes or wide sandals.

In my day job I write about Blood Pressure Treatment and treat those who suffer from blood pressure problems. Low blood pressure is a particular interest and I'm often asked about how to lower cholesterol levels

I also have a special interest in the problem of feeling Tired All the Time and in those who suffer from chronic fatigue or lethargy.

My work with footballers and athletes leads to a focus on Painful Shoulder conditions and on the problems associated with frozen shoulder or whiplash injury

When not working I daydream about my next amazing european vacation trip  My favorite European cities include Paris and Barcelona and my next blog project will be to write about the best way to spend a night in Paris and how to find an apartment in Barcelona.

Yup

Does sound like Morton's Neuroma. A bundle of overgrown nerve fibers that grow to a small lump between the bones of the foot. Usually causes pins and needles and pain down the side of the toes.

Insoles - usually help

An injection can be useful if done by an experienced doctor.

Surgery is not usually needed but brings quite a high success rate.

The diagnosis can be confirmed by an ultrasound scan of the affected area.

Hope this helps

No matter what people tell you, words and ideas can change the world.

I agree with those that have said that it is probably Morton's Neuroma. I am attaching a web site that has a lot of good information. http://www.footdoc.ca/www.FootDoc.ca/Website%20Neuromas.htm

Good luck.

An intresting question: as best I can this could be be a couple of things right off the top of my head. It is possible that this has something to do with you feet. If not the feet then to answer this question more approately I would like more information about the problem. The solution can be as simple as a topical rub. There are alot of them out there. But, to be on the safe side in this I would recamend you see your doctor and let the professionals handle it. Thank You
