I don't know, but I can tell you what we did to rfesolve our money issues.

We monitored our spending patterns for the last three months, including bank notes and whatever activity we did. We divided the activities according to their type, and decided where we can cut our expenses and where we can't. Then we started planning a plan we can support for returning our debts. It isn't over yet, but now we have control over where the money goes, and we behave in a much more responsible way. 

That is a open question. If you are having financial problems I would first go to amazon and look for this book by david bach called "automatic millionaire" It is a book about making your finances work for you.

It is very good and gives you practicle every day solutions. Ex. is the latte factor. If you aer in debt and go to starbucks everymorning or mcdonalds and spend a  min of 3.00, he shows you how to leverage that 3.00*20=$60.00 a month habit  to pay down a bill. stuff like that ... Make small changes..

join amazon and take a look inside the book for free if you do not want to buy.. or just go to his website www.automaticmillionaire.com and click on the learning tab. read and get solutions for free. the testimonial section is motivational and a goldmine.

If u have debt, u have to live frugally to pay it. Another way is try to make more money.In http://becomingricher.blogspot.com you won't get rich overnight by joining,but it is this little steps that you take that make your life different.Making money does take time.
