Monetary compensation for injury

What amount of money is warrented for a pedestrian hit from behind by a commercial truck in R.I.

Injuries were shoulder rotorcuff, ulner nerve, carpal tunnel, surgeries then atrial fibulation after surgery...currently on couidum and 2 heart pills , malformed hand, shoulder pain. Prognosis condition is the heart issues must be monitored for life and hand uncorrectable. Male 59 yrs.

you need to talk to a lawyer . most of them will not charge you until they settle with the insurance company. but I believe in general, that the insurance will pay you 3 times the amount of your medical expenses. some state are different. but in your case they will also estimate the income you would have receive for the rest of your life talk to a injury lawyer. good luck Dany
