A few months ago the Muslim world was furious because of a comics painting of Mohammad , as a retaliation in Tehran there was a anti-Semite comics competition.
Where can I find both of these painting ( Mohammad and anti Semite )
Funny, that cartoon was all over the net for a while and now it's harder to find: http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=48674 Here is the cartoon that won in the iranian contest - which I have to say, though executed pretty badly is brilliant and vary sadly, totally accurate: http://caglenews.com/tm.aspx?m=41 The counter reaction to the Teheran anti-sematic cartoon contest was an all Jew Anti-sematic cartoon contest that was organized by Amiti Sandy http://www.flickr.com/photos/amitai/sets/72057594067999377/ This one, unlike the Teheran contest got tons of media attention from around the world, one of the judges was Art Spigelman.

maybe rather than concerning yourself with examples of cross cultural conflict, you could look at examples of cross cultural co-operation.
And I guess concerning about cross cultural cooperation involves closing yourself to offending material !?
Lilly thank you very much, and I agree about the winner of the Iranian contest , sad but true.
Look them up on the net you will find them. The Muslims are very different from any other religion. It is a shame we have one in the White House.
