Hi, maybe this is not the place, but oh well. Why in the HEK did Ford make the "Escape" front wheel drive? I think a rear wheel drive with a 4x4 option and a 4 cylinder engine would have been logical. But nooo, why appeal to a more successful type of vehicle, you know like the Suzuki "Grand Vitara" when Ford caters to ideas that now have left Ford in 3rd place behind Toyota in an extremely important catagory. But what do I know? Why not have a new edition of the Ford bronco, an economical edition that is. Is that too much to think about for these highly paid designers who have done great things in the past, but now seem to be losing ground to their competitors?
