This video created by Robert Breckenridge. This is a TV ad for Nickel Nik, a classified ad publication. Each Friday, a new edition of Nickel Nik magazine is distributed throughout the Spokane and Coeur dAlene areas including 17 counties in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Robert Breckenridge was responsible compositing, editing video, editing audio and music (EQ & compression), writing the initial script, modeling and rendering the bolt and bubble in Maya/mental ray, scanning/editing the stamp, photographing/editing the gum, creating text animation, picking music and sound fx.

In part 4 of 5, Andrew Klein (www.andrewklein.net) uses the append polygon tool to connect the next 3 fingers. The Split polygon tool is then used to make sure the gridflow remains as quads, and finally, the thumb is positioned.

In part 2 of 7, Andrew Klein (www.andrewklein.net) edits the color of the base template for better visibilty, then uses the create polygon tool to make the first contour of the form. By extruding edges and then creating a duplicate instance, the first row of faces along the centerline of the model is created.

The little French students are most impressed by the fashion show in part two of 'Madeline and the Fashion Show.'
