Can u cook 2 difrent meats in the same pan

Yes you can but make sure you remember that different meats cook at different times.  Chicken needs longer than beef and it is very dangerous to undercook it, beef in my opinion is nicer when it is tender.

So mix away

Of course you can, just make sure you know which takes longer to cook, quickies like chicken breasts and steak strips for chinese cooking is super. I also always marinade meat overnite in salt, olive oil, soy sauce. Or whatever you like, great is also plain white yogurt. The meat is really tender then.
