Asked about “AOL Mail Help

Missing status button

I used to have a "status" button but it's missing. Now I cannot unsend e-mails or check if e-mails have been read. Any ideas?

AOL Mail - Community Support Team

RE: Missing status button



The status feature was removed from webmail with the most recent release.  It is still available if you are using AOL 9 or AOL Desktop software.  You can read more about this and other changes on the
