Your body works better so you feel better and you're in better physical shape.  You get used to a healthy way of living so you don't gain weight later in life and suffer from chronic diseases.  You reduce your chances of heart disease, diabetes, and some types of cancer.  You easily maintain an ideal weight and don't have to worry about obesity.  You look great and have plenty of energy.  You feel healthy and your hair is shiny and people like being around you because you send out good vibes :)

Growing older is reality, but growing old is not!

the benefits are ongoing in life.  Eat healthy and your body will thank you.  I have been personally eating healthy all of my adult life.  And I give credit to healthy eating for my figure, looks and energy.  Growing older is reality but growing old does not have to be.  Take care of yourself when you are young and the results will be amazing!...Develop healthy eating habits and you will no longer crave the fatty and sugary foods.

Well they are lots of benefits fro healthy eating like you can have a good body structure, you can be energetic, you will feel fresh and light, you  will never have constipation, glowing skin, good mindset, good sleep etc etc.......it is endless list for this but to maintain a healthy diet is difficult.
