Millionaire Steve Fossett Feclared Dead

Millionaire adventurer Steve Fossett, who risked his life seeking to set records in high-tech balloons, gliders and jets, has been declared dead, five months after he vanished while flying in a small plane.

He was 63

Do you think he's really dead, or did he just disappear because he wanted to?

It seems weird that a man with his means and experience would just disappear like that, don't you think?

He isn't the only "adveturer" who has disappeared and who was never heard from again. Amlia Aerheart and Wiley Post are two Americans that were lost, presumably, because of mechanical failure of their planes. When something goes wrong with a plane, it is usually fatal. I really don't think he is still alive. I think iot is illogical to make this surmise, but from an emotional point of view it may make some sense.
