Milky water none in oil or transmission

milky water in radiator but not in oil dodge. Also have new transmission but have hard shifting. Whats going on.

Sounds like your radiator if you have an automatic trans.

you have problem in the rad, your transmission cooler has a pin hole in the transmission pressureline side ,the oil  is forced at a pressure in to the rad,easy repair  put an extranal cooler for the transmission and cut out the rad,then flush the cooling system, and all ways check a dodge in neutral and you will get the right reading, good luck
