i love food... really any food

If you are drinking low fat milk, yes it is good for you.  It has vitamin D and calcium... both of which are healthy.  You will definitely have strong bones.

There have also been studies that show the comination of calcium and Vitamin D in milk helps keep women from becoming overweight.  I don't think it's purported to have the same effect on men for some reason.

Depends who you ask and who's drinking. In general milk has very important vitamins that our body needs but in recent years more and more evidence shows that our body isn't that good at dealing with milk. It turns out that even people who aren't lactose resistant can have a certain sensitivity to milk and that too much milk can be bad for you as well. 

Unless you are allergic to milk meaning you can't digest it, I say that everything should be done in moderation.

Yes milk is good for you as long as you drink the 1%. The 1% has less fat. And also makes your bones strong.

From a different viewpoint, milk is for baby cows...not humans!! the dairy industry has hoodwinked the public for decades..yes it has protein & calcium, but so do vegetables!! and in a much better form for your body to make use of...milk and dairy products are also mucous-forming...ever know someone who is always 'honking'...and making those disgusting noises in their throat? ask them how much milk they drink!!once they stop, it goes away!! if you like to drink milk, at least try 2% or even Soy Milk....end of lecture!!!
