RE: Milk drinking

If you are drinking low fat milk, yes it is good for you.  It has vitamin D and calcium... both of which are healthy.  You will definitely have strong bones.

RE: Milk drinking

There have also been studies that show the comination of calcium and Vitamin D in milk helps keep women from becoming overweight.  I don't think it's purported to have the same effect on men for some reason.

RE: Milk drinking

Depends who you ask and who's drinking. In general milk has very important vitamins that our body needs but in recent years more and more evidence shows that our body isn't that good at dealing with milk. It turns out that even people who aren't lactose resistant can have a certain sensitivity to milk and that too much milk can be bad for you as well.

Unless you are allergic to milk meaning you can't digest it, I say that everything should be done in moderation.

RE: Milk drinking

Yes milk is good for you as long as you drink the 1%. The 1% has less fat. And also makes your bones strong.

Hagee's Church of Easy Answers With all the controversy over Obama's minister Rev. Wright dominating mainstream media, some astute political observers are wondering why John McCain's big time buddy John Hagee of San Antonio isn't receiving the same breathless coverage. After all, Hagee made a name for himself in D.C. by promoting Christian Zionism, a wacked-out religious ideology that promotes an extreme form of Zionism, that Hagee and others belive is necessary to bring the End Times they think the Bible prophesies.
