We have to confront an unpleasant issue: Obama is unfit to command the Armed Forces under the Armed Forces Personnel Reliability Program, and has to have the Joint Chiefs do all his military planning for him.

The thing is, Obama chooses the Joint Chiefs, based not on their competence or experience, but on whether Obama can manipulate them.

Officers swear in under one oath, and Enlisted swear in under another, but both are sworn.  The thing is, those who swore in under a competent government have found that their government is now entirely incompetent.

Obama has all the worst tendencies of LBJ, Carter, and Clinton, all rolled into one extremely discouraging package.

The way Obama has mismanaged the military, we'd best hire mercenaries.
