Apparently she wants to get a tattoo of her boyfriend's initials with a heartaround it, is this a mistake? Should her parents give permission?

HECK NO! AND NO!Let her wait till shes of legal age and it will give her time to think about what kind of tattoo she really wants. Plus she gets to see if the BF is still in the picture.

i dont think that she should get a tattoo of her boyfriends initials because what if they happen to break up and she is only 16 and you have to be 18 to get one so thats what i think
