A good idea? Who cares what we think, it's up to her. Just lik you and every other person has a right to change their name, so does she. She wants to, so go for it.
It's too much like Destiny's Child.
Plus Hope doesn't strike me as a good name for an actress.

i think it's alright to change her name...destiny hope cyrus is a nice name..and also to that miley...who make us smiley......if that's what she wants..go for it!!!!!the only important is to be on her self!!!!!!!!!!!
i think desitny hope is more of a little kid name. miley ray was a good choice.
