Did Miley Cyrus Steal A Song?

Do you think that Miley Cyrus stole her song "Rockstar"? Rock band Lustra claims that Miley's song sounds way too close to their song "Scotty Doesn't Know," which appeared on the 'Eurotrip' soundtrack. Is it just a coincidence or do you think that the songs sound too similar?

I honestly think that this is just a coincidence. Though I wont deny that the instrumental at the beginning of Miley's song is a bit similar, I don't think that Miley stole her song. I think that the music industry can be a bit of a greedy business, and that Lustra may just be looking for a way to make some more money.

I honestly this band is just trying to get money, knowing that this song sounds a little like theres,  then they can try to dig for gold because they know Miley has lots of money! =)

Live your life. You only have one!

If you think about it, a lot of songs sound alike. It is probably just an accident.

You Get What You Give

I think it's a coincidence, I'm a fan of Miley Cyrus and Rockstar is a really good song, But Lustra wouldn't know anything about music if came up behind them and introduced itself. It's definitely a coincidence.
