My guess would be that you could work almost anywhere, and before you were hired, you could let your boss know that you are highly alergic to popcorn. You could also let you colleagues know, and I'm sure everyone would respect this. I can't imagine that people would feel such a need to have thier popcorn in the middle of their work day, that you would be unable to work in that place. I believe that there are also laws about this... that if you tell the owner of a company after they hire you that you cannot have popcorn cooked where you work, they have to respect this request.
