A:I bought a Michael Jacobson-Hardy guitar in 1975 as I was nearing the end of high school. It was my most beloved possession until it was stolen a bit more than twenty years ago. (Jacobson-Hardy lives near my hometown.) The guitar was beautiful, with easy action, and a rich sound. Mine was not expensive ($500) thirty-three years ago, but I expect it would be quite pricey now.
