I find it incredibly silly too. I never heard of this 'coined' phrase since last year and I'm 35 years of age. I don't believe there is a right or wrong, it is a personal spiritual and physical decision on the individual. And to be ourselves is so ridiculously over-examined, in my opinion- how can we when we have societal dogmatic rituals that are embedded in the psyche? Makes me wonder.
