Mercedes C230 Service

I have a 2006 Mercedes C230 Sport and it's time for service.  I have recently had the breaks changed...Yesterday my coolant level light came on.  So, do I go for just an oil & filter change or do I get Service A/B?  Also, can I not just add the coolant myself?  Thank you for your help.
