Hi Joe Sycam.  There are men who are fabulas Fathers for their kids and women who are fabulas Mothers. There are also people, men and women who are horrible being either.. or fabulas being both.

If you're a single parent, I would say learn all you can about the opposite sex. A man with a girl has to understand his daughters needs, "clothes, make-up, boys, puberty etc.. and a woman with a boy has to understand her son's needs, "sports, friends, boys wanting to fight him, girls, puberty etc..

I know it can be done, it just takes a lot of education, information, and dedication to your kids.

And never forget the big hugs, and those words "I love you".
