1360 thumbs up

Life is too serious not to have a sense of humor.

Andrew-

Yes, I did, but for some reason I cannot remember how it worked. Well, maybe it was MEMOREX. Are you listening?

Eat well, get sufficient rest, take some supplements (meaning multivitamins), do aerobic stuff, involve yourself with others. be a positive part of your family, and so forth.

Isolated activities like crossword puzzles and Suducko can help your brain be all that it can be.

People that want to sell you stuff like this remember the immortal words of P.T. Barnum, "There's a sucker born every second."

Being 60, I suffer from CRAFT. And it is not pleasant. There are no secrets out there, other than, "Boy, we can milk this guy for a bundle!"

DO NOT DO THIS!

I am sure that there are some folks out there that will give you some more good suggestions,
