I'm not talking about the way she looks. I know it was an issue. Can she really sing?
Havent seen the show, but she was a lot beter, in that youtube video, than some of the people that have won those other singing shows Ive seen. And plenty of other people must have liked her singing if she won.

She definately has talent Unfortunately for her our society puts a lot of emphasis on looks.She is over weight.Maybe if she gets a personal trainer or gets on a weight loss program she could become a candidate to win a larger audience.Or who knows maybe she'll become all of the overweight house wives hero.I mean look ay Oprah Speaking of Oprah Did you hear that Oprah got caught at the airport with 250 lbs of crack down the back of her pants

When not working I daydream about my next amazing european vacation trip My favorite European cities include Paris and Barcelona and my next blog project will be to write about the best way to spend a night in Paris and how to find an apartment in Barcelona. I just love European travel in all its forms.

Okay y'all, this girl can sing. So what if she's over weight. Country music is music about real life. Country stars should look/dress/act like decent country folks. Let's face it....most Americans ain't skinny....we're somewhat over weight. Rock/Pop music (gaggin) is all about how rich and famous they are. Rock/Pop is out of touch with the reality of the daily life of the average American (especially those of us who are lucky enough to have grown up and still live in backwoods, country towns). This girl was the perfect choice to win Nashville Star.
