well, damn. Are you familiar with Jim Fixx. He had seriously bad genes. His father had his first heart attack at 35 and died 8 years later. Jim began running at 35 and lived until he was 52. He died while he was running.

In response to your last message,  you should be as eager to take these medicines at you would cyanide.  This was not clear to me from your first question.  So the bottom line is good diet and exercise. And may GOD have mercy on your soles.
