Your creative mind is your ticket to greatnesss.

It depends on what else the diet consists of.

Yesterday's gone and Today is going fast, Tomorrow is all we have, Until it to has passed

No it is not healthy to go on an egg diet even two days a week. This diet has been around for years along with all the rest of the diets, the water diet, the Adkins, the south beach diet, the lo carb diet, the list is endless and non of them work, except short term. You can starve yourself and loose weight, is it healthy, absolutely not, DIETS DO NOT WORK! The only diet that does work is a steady diet of excerise.  You fat pigs out there just can't admit that you're lazy, unmotivated, and undisplined! With the exception of the 1% of the population that has a medical reason for uncontrolled weight gain (such as Graves and cushings diseases, along with a few other metabolic diseases)the other 99% of the general population just comsumes far to many calories for the little amount they burn. You can try any fad diet in the world and the only people that benefit from it are the creators of these diets, selling their books to the stupid, the lazy, and the out of control looking for a quick fix and the easy way out. If you learn self control and excerise on a daily basis, you would'nt have to worry about the next diet coming down the pike. If people were half as concerned about the amount excersise they should be getting they would'nt be worrying about the false promises made by the authors taughting their diet books. Throw the fad diets out the window or in the trash were they belong; stay out of fast food resturants (they're your biggest enemy) or any resturant for that matter. It's a proven fact the people who eat out all the time are some of the heaviest people around. (excuse the pun) Eat tons of vegetables and fruits, (quess what? they're delicious!) stay away fom beef and pork except in small portions, eat grilled chicken, fish and turkey. And eat everything in moderation! Excerise everyday at least 20 to 30 mins, and you'll never have to worry about another fad diet. When it comes to good health your ATTITUDE is your most important ally.

Hi

I went on the egg diet as I could not wait for an answer, it really took you a very long time to reply to me. I lost 4 kilograms in a matter of 1 month. I was on another diet as well, so for 3 days egg and other days the other diet.

WHY DID YOU SAY THAT THE EGG DIET IS NOT HEALTHY??? Because this egg diet was 2 hardboiled and 2 harboiled without the yolks, so it mean't that in 3 days you ate 6 with yolks and 6 without.

Would love you to reply,

Thanks Mel
