Can I disenroll from AARP Senior Complete plan and reenter Anthem Supplemental w/ Part D that I was on for several years?

My effective start date for the AARP Sr. Complete was Feb 1, 2009.

I found out today that I will not have coverage for some of my diabetic supplies as was covered by Anthem Supplemental that I previously had. I had no luck getting assistance from AARP's Secure Horizons.  No answers and 2 wrong phone numbers.

Additionally, I am waiting for the third member card as they keep sending me one that has the wrong name for my PCP.
