Why do people get such poor cab service, we have a Shared ride policy in Pennsylvania But the cabs sometimes is a hour or more getting customers home that only live 5 to 10 miles from where the medical trip is at But don't forget the cab company is getting paid for each customer that takes these medical trips , I heard many elderly people got wait over a hour to get home , Some of these people have health concerns that are such as diabetes , heart related etc ?
People think these rides are great, I don't wish this type of transportation on my worst enemy , Be thankful if you can drive and or know someone who has a car What's your views and feedback?
