how do you make the fill ends for meat bones, as in a crown roast?
You can use any plain white (clean) paper, such as the type used for printers or photocopiers, cut into 4-inch squares, fold in half then make 1½ inch cuts about ¼ -inch apart down from the folded egde all the way along then bring the two sides together and stick together with cellotape or glue.
