I would to ask what people say about this. My mom passed away 3 years ago and some how my brother got the land and house and wouldnt give some of her things to the rest of the kids. He got the Insurance money and then he gets rent off a house and a trailor and is building a new house. the problem is I went down to the grave site and I dont know where she is at. I mean he was suppose to get a head stone but he wont. I mean its reallly bad that he got all the money and house but cant put a head stone up for her. I mean its not for me, its for the respect of mom. I am by myself and cant afford to get one by myself. It hurts me that he is so MEAN. He has quite abite of money and he should put up the head stone. I need help on trying to get a head stone. THanks

i understand the grief you are going thru, i went thru just about the same.
go to the directors of the grave site where your mother is buried and they can show you where she is buried. maybe they will allow you to put some kind of marker there, even it is a cross and some flowers.
you will know where she is buried when you go back there/ and its a shame that families do this to each other but it happens all the time.
do not let this eat away at you. forgive and forget. ( i know that is hard ) but that is the best for you spiritually. / physcially / mentally. you still have your memories of your mothers love on this earth. other things are not as important ( like a house ) like peace is ./ your brother will have to deal with that when he meets his maker and ( you wont, if you forgive. )

Hi Amanda,If you can't do it in a nice way do it in the hard way: Find a good lawer and use the money you'll get to do what you think your dear mother deserves. Sometimes one has to fight back for what one thinks is right (and that is such a case). Best regards,
