How do u feel when u have maths phobia
Ever heard of dyscalculia? It's "math dyslexia". Google it! Or go to http://dyscalculiaforum.com or dyscalculia.org
the same as any other fear or phobia. symptoms are different in everyone
I find it hard to believe you have a real phobia of maths. Correct me if I'm wrong but I highly doubt you can't stand in the same room as the number 12. It sounds like you have anxiety and lack of confidence with maths. I was never any good at French and hated and even feared being made to speak in front of class but that was a fear of failure and embarrassments not the subject its self.
This won't go away by its self, you'll have to face your fears!
A good place to start would be to get a Nintendo DS and brain training. Within a month of practicing 20 mins a day you will feel far more confident and maybe even enjoy it!
