Are Mass Employers required to provide (offer) Health Insurance

ma employers not offering health insurance - applying to a small firm that does offer health insurance. I live in New Hampshire, single and unemployed at the moment. I thought all mass employers had to offer some type of health insurance. Please advise, thank you
