I was disappointed with the article as a whole because it was incomplete. I wondered where these great interest rates were coming from. I don't know of any savings account in my area where I can save 3% or more...please, do tell. It's easy to cut back out of necessity, but building savings when there's little of it is another thing. I am not happy with getting rid of things I took years to obtain trying to make ends meet. Please help with making the most of what you have; or perhaps build on even less.
