A:You need legal, not internet advice. But, you witnessed the "marriage"--the exchanging of vows. You were not there to witness whether either one of the marriage partners was a U.S. citizen. I would not go to City hall and try to remove yourself as a witness. If you have problems with the illegal immigrant part, contact the Immigration and Naturalization service and report what you know.
