I see your in Avon. Avon is very strict about using their name and names of their products online...which makes it a little challenging. One lady I met online was using Twitter to talk about her products, sales, etc...

Another thing you or anyone else can do is start a blog and talk about beauty related issues and point to products Avon has without using their product names.

You may want to look into building a list and sending out a bi-weekly newsletter that talks about various Avon products. From what I know Avon can't prevent you from using their name and product names in emails.

Free is good but if you dong mind, i will suggest you to visit Business Process Outsourcing they are good in terms in business advertisement.

Niche targeted marketing. Avon -> Outdoors -> Sun damage -> SunBlock, get yourself imvolved in a online groups deticated getting ready to hit the beach or going fishing for spring and mention Avons great Sun Block Products and you can even research and post links to the benefit of using SunBlock and what it can prevent.
