Where to find "Market Share" and "Business models" of other companies?

Hello,

I'm writing a business plan for a product from the online advertising market, and I'm having difficulties in finding "market share" and "business model" of the following companies:

Double Click
ValueClick, Inc.
aQuantive, Inc

Where would I find such data ? How would you recommend me to act?

This informatoin is crucial for estimating the product's share and earnings.
