Hello,

Many many people all over the world ride manual transmission bikes - after a little practice you'll be able to do so yourself.

Usually a manual trans. bike has the following controls:

right handle: throttle, front wheel brake

left handle: clutch

next to your right foot is the rear brake pedal,

and next to your left foot is the gear change pedal.

if you can drive a manual transmission car you know that in order to switch gears you must let go of the throttle, disengage the clutch, switch gears, and gently engage the clutch while accelerating slowly again with the throttle.

the difference between a car and a bike is that the neutral gear is between the first and second gears.

I think the best thing to do is go to a driving school and take one or two lessons in a closed parking lot or wherever they train (i don't know what rules and regulations apply in your country).
