Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I have tried Google but you really can't get straight answers any more, they always direct you to a commercial site selling massargers.
I find the best place to get straight answere is on Jedda,
I thank all of the people who have tried to help me.
I went back to google again and entered 'manipol body' and the first entries were two YouTube videos.....don't know how good or bad they are, but it's at least a start for you!!!
