it is utter descrimination and taking away the fundamental right. Are not managers / project managers real people? with real families? We are also human beings? are not we? Why then we need to pay Income tax.? wher is the logic? we still have 18th Century labour law / shop and establishment act!!!!
It is almost 20 years since Software or IT industry has been using all sorts of SOPs from goverment, sucking blood of its employees.
Why Supreme court is taking to apply simple logic to the case in question discussed in the above article!? Do they want the GOD to come in their dreams and tell it is the question of human life and survival they are dealing with! [not workmen / tradesmen(an 18th century vocabulary)] they just need to give a rule in favour of Human life not crazy designations! and 18th century law which is no more applicable!!!?
Many so called IT companies small or big are taking to this shelter of non inclusion in to proper legislature / and recklesly applying this arm twisting tactiks. The company(a small IT company whwre I worked as a Manager)w/o giving reasons and quoting my health conditions a (blatant lie), w/o paying salary for 2 months, creating false records have asked me to go home without any terminal benifits.... Is FM / PM ? leaders listening? ARE WE NOT PEOPLE TOO!!? HAVING FAMILIES TO SUPPORT! DO WE HAVE TO COMMIT SUICIDE THEN?
