1. Use your skills as Services to Employers / Buyers who are looking for it.
2. Create your own website / blog; write some great content and get adsense approved. after that start putting banner advertisements of affiliate programs.

Also, if you are looking to make money without any efforts on web hosting, etc. Signup at clickbank, find some programs to promote, write some articles and send them to your blogger blog containing the landing page for your affiliate program.
