Making Mistakes With Taxes

While I haven't personally made mistakes with my taxes, I have had friends who have. Usually, if it's a minor mistake, like you didn't pay enough in taxes, you pay the difference to the government. If they've taken too much from you, you get it back at the end of the year.

I was stupid once and forgot to pay the taxes.

When I realized it, I owed a ton.  Went to the IRS and they forgave the whole amount, based on my statement of forgetting, not defrauding.

Beats paying someone to resolve it.

I made some mistake 15 year ago . I over calculate $600  after 3 years  IRS send me a note $600 have to pay back with penalties ,total of $1800

If IRS owe you $600 and you received after 3 year they dont pay more why??

When I was seventeen, I made a thirty dollar arithmetic mistake and got a thirty dollar profit.  I tried it a few more times, but they always corrected my arithmetic.

Many people make mistakes with their taxes.  The biggest mistake they make is "paying" them, when individuals, and corporations making considerably more money pay a lot less, or nothing.  The other mistake they make is to allow the politicians to play "politicks" by "having their hands in your pockets to take your money and "bailout" these criminals who will then take your money given  to them, and "spread the wealth among themselves"! Only "YOU" can prevent this!
