Hi Solen,
In general, it's a good idea to use the right foundation for your skintype. If you're suffering from occasional breakouts or general oily skin, you can try oil-free foundation. It's not fool proof, but it's the best type of foundation to use for your skintype. This goes for both foundation and concealer. Try your closest Clinique counter, they have foundation which also contains ingredients which will help fight acne called "Clarifying Makeup Clear Skin Formula" (You should NOT be on Accutane medication, however, if using any formula on your face containing Salyclic Acid). Another oil-free choice you might want to try is the "Pure" line of foundations and powders from Maybelline, which are formulated for breakout-prone, young skin.
As for the rest of the face, try to stay away from heavy, oily blushes. Opt for powder blushes instead, or cream blushes that won't block your pores and are kind to your skin, like from Burt's Bees.
I hope I helped!
