In reference to your previous question; that is an issue that would be pure speculation on any of our parts. It will take a lot of investigation to determine what drove this man to do what he did, and there may never be a definitive answer. From what we heard so far, it appears that he was unable to deal with duties that conflicted with his personal loyalties.
My question in this matter is: Why was someone who was so vehemently opposed to U.S. policy serving as a commissioned officer in the military? Considering they automatically discharge people over being gay, didn't anyone notice that this guy was a ticking timebomb?
