I am getting a mailbox unavailable message, and have been for about an hour.
Why am I getting a message box when I sign on to aol that says my mailbox is temporarily unavailable? All my other addresses are accessible. Those of my family are also working fine. What does this mean? Why am I able to do everything else in the aol website, but open my mailbox. When asking aol they said it was to improve quality service. What the heck is that? I have been an aol member for years and this has never happened before.
