Asked about “AOL Mail Help”

Mail Folders

As of yesterday, when I open my AOL mail in a web browser the left pane that has all my folders is bolding Old and Sent Mail and displaying the number of e-mails in each one.  Also, my Recently Deleted Mail Folder says it has one e-mail, but when I open it, it says "this folder is empty".  Does anyone know how to fix this?

AOL Mail - Community Support Team

Try checking your email on this account with another web browser.  If you use Safari, try accessing it with Firefox or Internet Explorer and vice versa.  You may also try clearing your browser cache and logging in again.
