Mac and Ericsson...how do I get music on it?

I've got a mac and I want to get music onto my ericsson 580i. I don't have a memory card or anything like that. Do I need a memory card to get music onto the phone and what do I need to do to get music from my mac to my phone? Someone please help me...

Hi, I do not own the phone, but I'm a big fan of the Cnet website. I've seen
