A:

It's the lower right area of the brain located above and in front of your right ear. It means they see something there. It could be a mass or tumor or simply artifact, which is something that only "appears" to be there because you may have moved or shifted during the MRI. Chances are, they will repeat the MRI to see if it's still there. If it is (depending on how big it is and what it's doing), they will probably keep an eye on it for a year to see if it changes in any way. MJ
